We went for some resistance bands, ended up getting a few different power tubes!! I can't wait to try these out!! We we're greeted a few times in the store which was pleasant.. Overall it was a clean, friendly and stocked store... They also had newer \tech\ barbells..

Good selection as always. Floor sales staff were great, but it didn't receive 5 stars because our cashier, Ashley, was not good at all. She was confusing and because of this I'm pretty sure I got screwed out of my points. Not to mention her attitude was poor. Great experience up until checkout.

Went to look at bikes. There was a guy in the bike area who clearly wasn’t interested in selling one. He ignored us the best he could until we kept asking questions. Such pesky customers we are asking what bikes they have in stock. I told him that the website shows they have 6 of the hybrids in stock after he said they didn’t have any. Then he said...oh the Anasazi hybrid...let me check. Then he disappeared, came back and had a younger guy go back to check. That guy took a while. We waited patiently which was clearly annoying to the first “salesperson”. Then when he came back out, he started talking to someone else who works there. My husband spoke up and reminded them we had been waiting. The second guy said oh yeah we have those but they aren’t put together. It was like pulling teeth to get help. Apparently it would be a few days before they could get to it. We left. Sorry to interrupt you guys. We won’t make that mistake again!

Nearly the worst shopping experience but without options, one doesn't have much of a choice. Merchandise is well stocked and plenty of selection. However, employees are the laziest people on the planet. Don't bother buying shoes, they take forever. And the cashiers ask you to take your basket and put it back rather than have one of the eight people doing nothing at the front end collect them. Will only go back if I have to. Thank goodness there's online shopping. Actually saved 15 on shoes for my daughter by purchasing them online after I left.
