Had my first shopping experience with Mike Maroone Chevrolet and let me tell you, they made buying a car such a good experience. Everyone there is super nice and they do everything they can to make it a positive experience. We worked with Rob in sales and Victor in financing and they both explained everything we needed to know in detail about buying a vehicle from them. I researched the Chevy Traverse for the last month and looked at cars in 5 different dealerships. Roger Dean was the most polite and honest dealership. Other dealers were condescending and dismissive when I asked questions. My salesman Alex was patient and very informed. He made the car buying process a lot less painful than it usually is. I don't think we will ever buy from a different dealer in the future.

I didn’t like the fact that my trunk of the vehicle had other connections with my sound system after my battery was changed no connected my system back how it previously was, the trunk was left very junky and out of place..... upon picking up my car the valet couldn’t find the vehicle so he called me over almost 200 feet to to tell me he couldn’t find the car and handed me back the keys as I stood next to him I then noticed the car additional 50 feet away and had to walk and get it myself he handed me the keys and told me he couldn’t find the car and have a good day. I spent over 300 for my service and my car was handed back to me without a complementary wash which was very confusing because any other time the would was it. Was I happy with my battery getting replaced and my car back running with no issues yes, could they have did better with the the way they didn’t wash the car, fix my sound system back how it was, and the way valet made me walk to go get my car yes.

I had an appointment with Anthony. I had an ideal on the SUV that I wanted. For the sale of a use one I came out better getting a 2020. I left a happy women driving my 2020 paying cash for it. The salesman and managers was very nice and professional. I went in Roger Dean the beginning of the year. I walked in and no one acknowledged me they all ignored me no greeting or someone saying I will be with you in a minute. I felt so hurt. But I am a forgiving person , and my husband have brought from there before. And we love our Chevy’s. So thanks again. The Forgiving Lady

Very accommodating. They give a Good price for trade in cars and definitely will work with you. I’ve dealt with lots of sketchy dealership and honestly speaking this is one the best in town. Ron helped me find the car I wanted he was definitely very helpful and informative.Larry Michaels is the general manager, he’s helped me thru the whole process, I would definitely recommend anyone to shop here. Great cars, great customer service if you have any issues Larry will definitely work with you.
