Napleton's Steve Price came to our rescue when the lease was up on our 2018 Santa Fe. Our previous dealer offered us a buy out with numerous extra fees attached or a new lease with a 2020 vehicle. Napleton's offered a 2021 car lease at a lower price with no extra fees turn in fees. Mr. Price made the lease process totally efficient by outlining the specs of the new car and ,better yet, delivered the car to us at our home and had us sign all the necessary paperwork at that time. Then he took possession of the old vehicle. A seamless, efficient and super convenient process in the current pandemic. The service was similar to using a car broker, which is a smart strategy on the part of the dealer. We are grateful.

I've been looking for a 2020 Sonata for about a month and have tried many dealers from all over the state before I had the privilege of being able to do business with this dealership. I worked with Sergey and originally gave him a hard time because I didn't think he'd give me a good deal after dealing with so many other dealers who would change their prices. But he worked some serious magic and got me a great deal on a Sonata. Absolutely love the car and the experience I had with Sergey, he even offered to get me food during my wait. Great experience would definitely recommend!
