What a place, downtown West Palm can't get better than that. Beautiful views especially from pool deck you see 360 degrees all of intracoastal and downtown WPB.
I have been coming to one city plaza for 3 years after my daughter bought a beautiful apartment here. I love it’s location and rooftop pool. That being said this building has one problem and it lies with the Manager. You would feel like a building that boast such posh amenities as free valet and a roof top pool would have a cheerful and helpful manager. This isn’t the case here. He has always acted arrogant and confrontational to me and daughter. I’m writing this post publicly in hopes it will change.
Great location.There stuff are rally good. they have experienced management.
