I placed a service call on Tuesday 11/6 about 9:30am. Call was answered promptly and an appointment was scheduled for Wednesday 11/7 for a 12-3 service call. What a shock to be scheduled the next day! Received call on Wednesday 11/7 at 11:07 am. Randy (Technician) was ahead of schedule and could arrive earlier than expected if I'd like. Randy was very polite. I explained that oven didn't light. He hooked up meter to the ignitor and found it faulty (even though it was glowing). He found part on truck. Quoted me install price. He was in and out in 45 minutes. I have a working oven again! Thank you Randy and Appliance Master!

They came to service my refrigerator and the circuit board was failing. The site they looked on didn’t have what we needed so they said the office would contact us. All seems good no contact was ever made!!!! Called them several times no call back!! So now my fridge died and had so scramble to get a new one! Don’t trust this company they come find the problem to get there initial fee and then there is no fallow up!!!!!! Please do yourself the favor and don’t use this company
I called yesterday afternoon for a problem with my seven-year-old Kenmore refrigerator. They set up an appointment for today, and Frank came within the promised 3-hour window of time. Everything got fixed, fridge is back to running normally, and Frank was as professional and friendly as could be. Highly recommend. :-)
Placed a call for my Kenmore washer got next day service and repair when Sears service wasn't available for four 7 days more. Tech was informative clean and courteous. I will use them again if I ever need them.
