Rarely does a business step up. We got an electric fireplace from these folks. Defective. Second one, defective. Third one is an upgrade and has worked, we look forward to using it all fall and winter. Western was very attentive, kept us informed as to progress. We talked to the manufacturer as well, they wanted our problems resolved. We also just had a problem with the drywall we just discovered. Wow. Western Fireplace was on it in under 24 hours and will have a man out to fix the very next business day. The test of a company is when things do NOT go right. Western Fireplace and every single person we dealt with there gets an A. Just wish there were more local businesses with team work and dedication like you folks. Wish I could give a 0. Terrible Terrible customer service. Nastiest attitude. Just wow . Talk about a place full of scams. I do not recommend purchasing or working with this company at all. They price gauge all products they have....So consumers that aren’t so knowledgeable about their products they will scam you. Buyers BEWARE do not use this location.

Great Experience! Incredible Customer Service! Highly Recommend! We started this process looking for a wood insert to replace our 90's prefab fireplace. We explored our options with Fireplace Warehouse, Advantage Fireplace, and Western Fireplace. From the start Western Fireplace differentiated themselves through great customer service and responsiveness. We had individuals come out to give us bids from each company and Western got back to us the next day (like they said they would), Fireplace Warehouse was hard to get in contact with and finally gave us a bid 3 weeks later at which point we'd already decided to go with Western, we never heard back from Advantage Fireplace although the person that came out was very nice. All three recommended we go with a gas insert instead of wood because of what we had to work with we'd only be able to install a very small wood insert. We could not be more thrilled with the gas insert we were able to purchase and have installed by Western Fireplace. Its gorgeous and throws out some real heat. They also recommended Sundance Masonry for the brickwork and are we glad they did. We had a few things we had to call Western Fireplace back to our home for but they were always very courteous and went above and beyond to ensure we were 100% satisfied with our purchase. Randy and Blake were amazing. Pete the sales person in the showroom was very informative and nice with no pressure to go one direction vs another. Can't say enough about these guys.
