I just purchased some items at your bakery and was surprised to find out that not all of your products that you carry are 100% vegan. I understand after calling your Westlake store that you purchase some items from outside sources. One of which was the Unreal almond butter cups. We saw on the front that it said is was certified vegan, however, after my son took one bite of a cup he had a very bad allergic reaction. I read the back and it states this product is made on equipment that processes milk chocolate and is processed in a facility with other non vegan ingredients. My son is allergic to dairy and eggs so there has to be either cross contamination in the facility or must have a high concentration of milk getting into their supposedly vegan products. I believe your products made in the store are very high quality and he loved the other items we purchased. I feel it was necessary to let you know, and warn others who may come to your store for items that need to be vegan due to allergies. I hope you consider either removing them from your products or at least put up a sign making it more clear that these items may contain traces of allergens. Other than this product I am very happy to see a bakery that is making the effort to make products that vegans or people with allergies can have. Thank you.

Finally got around to checking this place out! Glad I did, as I har been following them for a while on Instagram. I bought a bunch of different choices: fauxstess chocolate cupcake, some oatmeal cookies, a pair of chocolate sandwich cookies, etc. Just had the faux dingdong, and YUM!!! Everyone was cool, wearing maaks, and patiently waiting outside, which was reassuring. Props to the sales staff (cool purple hair), who was knowledgeable about their products and a real sweetheart. Looking forward to stock up in the near future!

Wonderful place and everything is delicious! My daughter is lactose intolerant and has a gluten allergy. She has been here several times. While I was visiting her, we decided to pick up some desserts from here. The woman working was so helpful and nice! I wish that I had asked her name. We bought several items to take home including a donut, lemonade cake, a fruit tart and cookies. Every item was fresh and delicious! It’s so nice for my daughter to be able to order anything she wants here instead of being limited to a few items on an allergy friendly menu. Highly recommend!

I've bought their cupcakes, cakes etc at grocery stores & this was my first time at their store! Lovely staff and everything looks delicious! I went direct to the store for their festive Halloween treats! I got the mummy donuts and a Happy Halloween tart! I'm so happy with them. We can't wait to dig in!

Soooo yummy!! Was treated with their valentine box and wow! Haven’t had anything this delicious as gf and vegan for quite some time! I’d highly recommend. I live in Seattle so we had it shipped and had no issues :)

You get the run around when there’s an issue. The manger is rude, the owners refuse to return calls stating the do not offer phone support? If you want to avoid a headache and go to a place that appreciates their customers, this is not it.

I purchased 2 cakes & some assorted other items. One of the cakes was delicious, the other was not edible & had a strong chemical taste to it. I emailed the person who I originally spoke to about our order (arek reeder) requesting a refund or some sort of compromise & was ignored. I drove from Santa Barbara to support this bakery during these tough times, and was surprised at the lack of a response about my order.
