Great friendly service! They are super busy right now, phone was ringing off the hook every time I was there and had to wait for people to leave to get in the last time (It's nice to see they are taking proper Covid19 precautions). With awesome service from friendly and informed staff it is easy to see why they are so busy.
I will absolutely keep coming to this location for all my bicycle needs! The staff is so great and helpful! I would highly recommend this this place! My experience with staff was very pleasant & professional.
To echo several other negative reviews, unless you have several thousands in your budget, they don't care too much about your business or providing any quality of service. Other options located in Park Ridge, Ridgewood, Paramus, and Wyckoff.
