After a horrible experience with a local, well known wood stove store, we decided to take a 45 minute drive to Fire Finesse. They were friendly and knowledgeable. After one delay due to snow, they gave us another installation date and then, because another storm was coming,, they called to move it earlier. The guys that came were very efficient and professional and were very personable. I highly recommend them!

I purchased a Regency Cascade 12500 from Jessica. I am very happy with this wood insert.I did have to wait 3 months for it to arrive but am glad I received it before winter was over. It heats fantastic. I do recommend you read the manual first. It works great.

Absolutely love the job they did. Very professional work, knowledgeable staff. I went to at least 3 other places before picking fire finesse. They care about the work they do and it shows. I had my insert installed at the end of 2017. The came out the following year cleaned the chimney and stove for a very reasonable price. I will be ordering a pellet stove next year and I will be getting it with them. I Highly recommend to give them your business. You won't be disappointed.

A young lady named Jessica helped my husband and I when we were buying hot tub chemicals she walked us through hot tub chemistry etc.. she was very knowledgeable and pleasant and not to mention the show room is very clean and looks great. we will definitely drive 45 minutes to buy from her again.
