Outstanding service and a great deal. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Went in to perform a service repair on my car and ended up getting our first ever brand new car. Got a good return on our trade in despite it needing some repairs. Also got an unbelievable extended warranty for next to nothing. I came here to get rid of/trade in my previous car that I purchased w/ my ex-fiancé. It was my first “big” purchase solely on my own. When I first arrived I felt like royalty because a gentleman opened the door for me and welcomed me. I literally felt like The Queen of England walking up in there. The storefront was clean despite all the salt from the snow we had gotten. They offered Ed me coffee/water/snack while I waiting for a representative. I really felt like royalty before I was even connected with a rep. Then I was connected with Ernest H. and I really respected his knowledge of the financial aspect of buying a car and the specs of the car I was purchasing. He made what I thought would be a long and stressful process so effortless, I was in awe of how seamless it went. He spoke very professionally and had a great personality/perspective given the what we’ve been through as a society. Truly, a remarkable representative. I went from a 2016 Honda Civic to a 2019 Tiguan and I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT! Love being back in an SUV! Highly highly HIGHLY, recommend purchasing a VW from Ernest here.
