Very frustrated with this Doctor's office. Never received any calls regarding test results, appointments, or follow-ups - always had to call myself, even when the doctor told me the office would call me. Was cancelled on at least three times, and the office didn't even tell me that they had to reschedule - I would have to call the same day to make sure I still had an appointment because no one ever called to confirm, and upon calling, they would tell me the doctor had to reschedule - this was a couple of hours before my appointments. These were all virtual appointments, I never met the doctor in person. The doctor was nice enough but I felt as though I never really got a thorough explanation of things. Overall, would not recommend this practice as it seems generally disorganized.
