Full disclosure: I actively avoid places like this. I like food and I more often than not dislike healthy alternatives to it. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. The fish tacos were great, wich came with or maybe I ordered the salad.... whatever the case everything I ordered was great. Ended it with dessert I got the cheesecake and it was not bad but also not for me. Again I really like cheesecake, so much so that I make it at home. The variant to it was good but yea... totally not for me.

The menu is refreshing. The mean green black bean tastes great. Quality ingredients. The red pepper quezo is delicious. The sweet potato chips taste freshly made. As someone who can’t eat certain foods, this was an opportunity to eat out for once.
Traveling through Kansas seemed a little daunting as a family of 4 vegans (two young vegans) as far as food choices go. We stopped in a town where it was challenging to find food at the grocery store! Passing through Wichita we found this little gem. There were so many vegan options it was hard to pick, so we didn’t and got one of everything! And boy, that food was INCREDIBLE! The Kale salad was fresh and delicious w a tangy lemon vinaigrette. The tacos are HUGE and full of yummy raw cabbage and greens w a delicious bean taco “meat” filling in a yummy GF soft taco shell (it actually stayed together and didn’t break-huge for GF). The cauliflower wings were the best I’ve had, perfect crunch and no sogginess. The red pepper “queso” dip was so creamy and rich-also delicious if poured on the taco. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and totally on top of it! We had a guy, I think his name was Ceb, and he made the meal just that much better! At the end, as full as we were, vegan chocolate cheezecake was too hard to pass, and a perfect ending to a perfect meal. If we are ever back here again, we will definitely be returning!
