This place is a joke!!! Went to look at a dog which they will not tell you price over phone. So we went with my daughter to look at getting the dog. Employee said the dog was 3k!!!!! I told her I was not going to pay 3k so they can keep the dog. The employee said okay then make and offer because we want the dog to go home with you. I said well how about 1k which is more than enough for the breed of dog. The manager said NO and you can't get that dog for anything less than 3K. I told the manager that's fine but I know you can. Then she asked if we wanted to buy the dog. I said not for that price. She said I was being insulting, and said you won't get this breed for that. I said, fine that's your opinion but we will not be buying. The manager ran over to my kid which who was having puppy time and took the dog out of my daughter's arms and said you're being insulting. My daughter is only seven, she cried because she doesn't understand why a grown up can be so mean. I told her we will get a dog but just not here. Less than an hour later we were in front of a pure bred breeder picking the out a puppy. The only difference was the breeder had males instead of a female. The only reason we went to the store was because they had a female and that's what we originally wanted. The breeder only charged 850 and that's chipped too. This place is out to triple their money. Please don't go here for anything.

The staff is amazing! I took my girls and my daughters friend just to pet the dogs, bunnies, ferrets, hamsters, and more more. They really enjoyed it.

Love looking at the puppies, would never buy one there. Way out of my price range. Their dog toys and leashes/collars are decently priced though.

The manager runs a tight ship. I am very grateful for her putting up with my two toddlers being loud and happy as they play with the pups. I am always greeted, treated like a buying customer.
