Excellent service great prices love their fish tank combos. It's so clean in their you don't even know it is a pet store,give it a try you will love it. I am going back again.
Very disappointed, I came in to get our new puppy some toys. The signs say buy one get one half off so I chose two. The sign says top paw, ruff , ect all of which have commas. Well HEIDI proceeds to argue with me that the cow I chose was not part of it and I said it says top paw she proceeds to say no it says ONLY ruff. I proceed with my purchase go back to the sign in the isle it says nothing about Just ruff. I bring the sign up another manager is handling it as she should have and gave me the discount because your signage was incorrect. Well Heidi says what’s the problem continues to argue that I am wrong even though the sign is in front of us saying the cow isn’t included specifically just being a horrible employee. Quite frankly myself having been a manager as well if your customer isn’t happy you make it right some how rather then walking away mumbling about my being wrong. Not only that we said you know what refund my entire purchase, usually at this point if it was me in my shop I would say how can we make this right you know you don’t want to lose business she CONTINUES TO ARGUE WITH ME. I am beyond disgusted at how unprofessional Heidi was the other two that were trying to make it right were wonderful but she wants to intervene to what prove a point? An incorrect one at that. If she has any status as a manager you have some seriously poor judgment on that because she absolutely lacks the customer service skills not only to manage but also as someone who works with the public.
After finally setting up my aquarium. I was able to get my Oscars. Great selection of aquarium supplies, at this place!
I love my pets and they have lots of things for my pets.
