The gentleman I dealt with was very helpful and accommodating. I went in to buy an acetylene B tank for use with my Goss air acetylene torch. I was very pleased with the high level of service and their covid 19 safety measures. I will be returning to fill my tank and will look to them for future tank and welding purchases.

Poor attitude and rude, don't trust the five star reviews, at least one is a family member. I've been in the steel business for a over 20 years and haven't seen the level of unprofessional behavior present at Advanced Gas from any other supplier that I've dealt with. In fact most of the vendors are above par and pleasant to deal with, but not this place. They make you feel unwelcome in the showroom and like you are bothering them when you walk in. My other vendors are on my side, we are a team with common goals, advanced gas is not a team player and only looks out for their business interests. Poor form Advanced Gas, I really wanted to like the small local business but I can't in this case. If you are a customer please shop around.

If you fill your welding gas anywhere else then your crazy! My buddy was getting his bottles exchanged in Chardon for 70 for the 20 cu/ft bottle. It's a little more then half that price for a 125 cu/ft bottle at AGW!! They also have a ton of welding accessories ON HAND! Grinding wheels, cut-off saw blades (abrasive style), white brushes, helmets, masks, gloves, and welding equipment too! The ONLY downside is they close at 4:30 which makes it tough to get to them if you work full time. Wish they had at least one day with late hours! I bet that would boost their business!

I went in looking for a 17 style tig torch, well they asked me a couple questions and low and behold I needed a 17 style valve torch. I didn't know that until they explained it all to me. Plus they ended up saving me like 30 dollars in the process
