From the time I called to inquire about the bike to the time I picked it up was a very smooth and very efficient. My sales people Mark and Chris were very pleasant and professional. The information I received was simple and accurate. They were very accommodating and flexible. Monica in the back office was very helpful and very informative. The parts department was equally pleasant and efficient.

Great experience at two Jack's. Just got rid of my old quad looking to upgrade to a can am and they were one of the very few dealerships with any type can am quads available. Pretty quick and painless experience! Would definitely shop there again.
I had a concierge appt from the can am customer service 800 number made for 3pm. I went in, and walked around for 15min. No contact. I introduced myself at 3pm with my name and purpose. He looked at me like I was crazy, and asked my last name again. Said he would be right back, so I went and sat on the ATV I was there to buy. 45min go by.... Nothing. So I left and bought a Polaris.. That was my second time at two Jack's. The first time I was with my wife and kid. My wife warned me not to go back after the first experience, but I figured I'd try again as a patient guy... Nope, they failed again. Can Am should not allow these people to represent them. All someone had to do was be nice, run my credit, and help me fill out the paperwork for the sale..... I don't know how they stay in business; you can't even buy a quad if you make an appointment. Lol the owner should pay more mind to their business as I'm not the first to report being straight up ignored--seemingly on purpose.
