Quite possibly the worst company I have ever worked with. Ordered two items from a bridal registry on 4/3/19. An item came broken, so I returned it with no follow-up from the company. Called customer service, was told they’d ship one out. Two weeks later, nothing. By this point, already missed the bridal shower. Called again, they shipped it rushed for me. But then cancelled the order. Called again, shipped rushed again, never came. I noticed I was refunded (no follow-up from company). Called again, and they said there’s nothing they can do since they already refunded me. Asked for another order- but have to pay more now. 5 phone calls later... more money, still no product. Go somewhere else is my best advice.
Love going here. If you're a cook or baker, this place is a paradise. I get giddy every time I visit. When you're here, 30 minutes just flies by. Great gadgets. Great food samplers. A place where technology and the culinary world interface. If I want to find innovations in the culinary arts, I start here. The staff are friendly. They greet you when you walk in and make it clear that they are accessible to you if you need them. You are free to roam around and explore without anyone bothering you. Love it.

ot a cooking store but a genuine culinary museum for you to purchase. William-Sonoma only offers quality items that both last and can stand the wear and tear. Maybe it is a bit expensive but the cookware they offer are one of a kind, carefully designed and simple.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I returned something from my wedding registry for store credit and because of the clerk’s error, the merchandise card went to the gift sender instead of to me. Pretty horrible and embarrassing. I called THREE times to fix this problem and was not resolved. Terribly unprofessional and unreliable.
