Love this place and bought a Wüsthof knife set here and they are the best knives ever. I would recommend coming here if you want the top of the line cookware. I also bought some pans and they were also the best pans I have ever had. Below are the pictures of the items I bought. Recommend this place to anyone who wants to come here and get the cookware they have.

My experience started out well. I stopped in to look at something I had my eye on for a while. The salesperson, Barb was friendly and helpful while we discussed the product and options for a discount through their store card. I left the store the think about it and then decided to apply online and order for pickup on my way back to my hometown. However online the item didn’t appear in inventory. So I stopped my tourist visit and returned to the store to ask for help. But I was greeted with an entirely different Barb. She was visibly upset when I explained I had applied online and tried to purchase online, exclaiming that neither she or the store would receive credit for my purchase or opening an account. I felt like I was being scolded and in front of other guests and staff. In the end she was unwilling to discuss any further details and said, “Well thanks for thinking of us”. While I understand her point, as a guest in their store, her sole purpose is to ensure that I get what I’m looking for and receive NOTHING but a positive experience. In the end, I’m glad that she didn’t receive credit for anything after showing her true colors.
I stopped in for the first time shopping for a birthday present for my wife. The store was busy and it took a minute for my turn to come up. When it did, I got a full product demo from some very knowledgeable and capable sales associates. These people provided an awesome in-store experience that is just impossible on-line. Thank you Jackson team!
Oh My Gosh!!! A visit to Williams-Sonoma is always an adventure for me. Simply love this place. Found the absolute perfect size Anniversary Bundt Pan for holiday butter pound cake sharing. The team at Williams-Sonoma was fabulous and truly in the holiday cooking mood. The stuffing, gravy and apple-cranberry sauce were amazing. Thank you everyone for your kindness and fun. Now, all I need is that thousand dollar Kitchen Aid Mixer and I am set!! Happy Holidays!!

I loved William Sonoma and have ordered several luxury items over the years. The product branding and product quality has always been on point. When purchasing a gourmet luxury product there should be an expectation of premium customer service. Unfortunately it seems that WS has outsourced the customer service department or as the manager at the Naperville location explained they are a separate entity. This call center does NOT honor the same standards for customer service or professionalism. I understand that these are lower paying jobs however when a customers online purchase is 2 months late and requests to speak with a manager the request should be simple to honor. Out of frustration I then reached out to the Naperville store and spoke to a manager in hopes the situation could be rectified. It was extremely frustrating to know she was unable to escalate the matter to a manger because she does not know who the manager is at the call center because as she explained customer service is a separate entity. The manager explained she would have to call the same number and deal with the same people. It is astounding that this call center employing Aquila(sounds like tequila) Tia and Karen are employed in a customer service capacity and that customers as well as a WS manager are unable to reach management because of the business structure. It was actually recommended by the Naperville Manager that I email customer service in hopes to contact a Manager of the customer service team. I’m posting this review to warn customers to think twice before purchasing online from WS. The product you are purchasing are not actually WS it’s from China through this separate entity. Should you not receive your order or the quality of the product not be of WS standards you will have to deal with this atrocity of a call center. I’ve been educated and learned my lesson from this awful experience.
Great place I have been looking to upgrade my cookware for a long time. I wanted the all-Clad D5 Stainless steel 10 piece set. But the price was 1500 to 899 sale price. I found this set at Williams Sonoma for 599 and picked them up in a heart beat.
