Good service and good pricing on sales items around Christmas

Clean and very appealing, prices are decent if you catch a sale otherwise they seem to be a bit higher than online for convenience reasons if nothing else

Very friendly and they have great products
After a great date over at Burton's. We walked over to WS. I wanted to try out some cutlery. It was 8:02PM. The sign on the door showed open until 9pm. We even saw other shoppers in side, they had already locked the door. We knocked and the worker said they closed at 8pm. I pointed out the door shows 9pm. It was a Friday night. She said sorry. I expect better from a place that I have spent thousands of dollars.
One of my favorite stores! love to bake and cook so i stop in every time I near here! The sales they run are always pretty good!
Waaaayyyyy overpriced. You can get everything that is in this store on line shipped to your home for a third or half the cost as it is inside this store. No one bothered to offer any help while we were looking around at all.
Had the item I needed in the color I wanted but the interaction with the staff was a bit off putting, I felt demeaned and unwelcome. Will only shop in store again if it is something I need immediately and can’t wait for shipping.
