Dean at 4 State Home Inspections was great to work with! We used him for both our pre-drywall and final walkthrough inspections. Mr. Dean Gross, from 4 State Home Inspections, was recommended to us to complete a home inspection. We called him to get a price quote, which he was happy to give us. After hiring him to complete the home inspection, he sent us his contract via email. We had two questions regarding terminology, and again, he was happy to answer our questions. During the inspection, Mr. Gross showed nothing but professionalism and due diligence. He thoroughly explained his concerns, and answered any questions we had. He took his time and made sure the job was done correctly. Within hours, Mr. Gross sent us the report via email. Within the report, he listed concerns and recommendations for every part of the property, as well as pictures that showed what it was he was explaining. Not only did Mr. Gross provide a thorough home inspection, he also sent our appliance serial numbers in to have a recall check. We couldn’t have been happier with his services and would certainly recommend him to others.
