The manager at this facility is not good for business. Went into this location twice shipping heavier items and was turned away both times. The first, she had an issue with my box that the specific item came in and said that she has not ability to ship to a residential address. I went to the Lombard location with the exact box and address, they had zero problem accepting the shipment. Decided to try this location once more and needed a box issued by fedex. I opted for the \heavy duty\ box for my item and fully packed and over-taped the heck out of it to make sure it was secure. Visited the location for a second chance but once again, denied my item and shipment stating that the item was to heavy for the \heavy-duty\ box, even though it showed zero signs of an issues when lifted or handled. Was never notified of the possible weight limit whatsoever. If you want your business matters completed and handled properly, visit the Lombard location. The manager needs to re-evaluate her business operations.
