Warning! I had an issue with billing department. Somehow not having my doctor’s name on the insurance card was not updated. But when it was discovered by the staff, they did not email or call. Until after the 90-day appeal window had taken effect. Long story short they were carless when it came to making sure I could react appropriately. There is no reason why they could not contact me to avoid having to pay over 800 dollars for these kinds of things.
