Docs are nice but the practice is EXTREMELY disorganized - 1st visit I was shocked & not thinking clearly due to Doc’s diagnosis so didn’t think until I got to check out desk to ask if I could still hike & was promised a call back which never happened. 2nd Visit Doc had indicated I needed a test done but didn’t write it on my paperwork when I went to checkout & AGAIN was promised they would check & get back with me - AGAIN they never called. My heart health is important & if the office says I will be called back, I expect a call back or at least tell me to call back if you can’t be relied upon. 3rd Scheduled Visit was Arbitrarily changed without contacting me - not a problem but have the courtesy to call me to reschedule the appointment to a date & time I can make, don’t just send me a letter informing me of the new appointment date & time that isn’t possible due to other prior commitment. Will go to a more organized Cardiology practice.
