Terrible customer service. This is my 10th time calling in about the same issue. Sheena disconnected my call after asking for a manager. This all started because they posted my payment to another account. I have sent proof of payment in twice and they still can't figure it out.

Absolutely the worst quality internet and poorest customer service of any utility I have had experience with. We will take the first opportunity to switch that we can. The price is also very high compared with what we were used to in Northeast Iowa.
Easily the worst company we've ever dealt with. They are thieves. Every month they charge us for a modem rental that we aren't renting and every month we call & complain and they credit the following month. Every month. For 18 months. We just paid our bill 15 days ago and they just pulled out another full payment because we use auto pay for the discounts. They are HORRIBLE.
By FAR the WORST company I've EVER dealt with - outrageously overpriced, horrible internet service, awful customer service; unprofessional, rude and dishonest. This is a nasty, corrupt company that takes advantage of people. If they're your only option, whatever you have to pay for satellite internet is worth it.
From top to bottom the most incompetent collection of people! They don’t plan ahead, don’t communicate honestly, and trap you in an endless customer service loop to not resolve the problem you are experiencing. And I’m just trying to get my Internet service installed! Stay away from this business!
