They really know how to overcharge. If you add service for say 20 they also charge you and extra month of your entire service. So a remote call forward which cost 15 from another company they charged me so much that I gave up our old phone number. They stink....

Awful customer service, long call wait time, they like to transfer you to different departments. Internet goes down very often, when you call to open a support ticket, it takes forever for the IT reps to get back to you. If you need to add a new service to your account you can get it done within 5 minutes but if you need to remove a service they will tell you a different department will call you within 72hours. Good luck, they will never call you back. shady company. I have a business account and I have been a customer for over 2 years.
