Never again will I go there. Horrible service! They charged me 200 dollars for storage less than 1 month after I bought a Harley from their Woodstock location. They charged 250.00 for a detail and all I wanted was the rear wheel (solid) cleaned. The rear wheel was still filthy after I got the bike back. They tried to charge me an extra 100 dollars after the detail for something I had done 6 months prior and claimed they forgot to charge me for (adjust neck bearing). Today I brought it in with a flat front tire and they told me I had to wait for days.

Pick up souvenirs, customized from Chicago - a nice plus, and there’s a decent amount of product to choose from. There’s even a Harley on display just outside.

Great Harley-Davidson store! Located in Terminal 3 of O'Hare International Airport at Chicago have a lot of merchandise to do a gift or an autogift. The employees are very kindly and professionals. It is a good store to spend time before to take the flight...

Good store. Great merchandise. Helpful employees. All ruined by maroon 5 on the speaker system. Adam Levine has absolutely no place in such an establishment. Also any true biker would never visit this store. They would bike to their destination. For fanboys, not for those of true biker blood. I will take my business elsewhere.
