Needs some improvement on communicating with customers. They aren't answering their phone, apparently aren't sending out text messages, and aren't replying to emails. This makes it difficult to get an update on the status of a repair. However, I received a fair price.

I love that you aren't just a Trek store. I bring in my old off-brand mountain bike & you have no problem taking care of it. Your staff has been very helpful in helping me pick out the right parts when it comes time for an upgrade, and has even advised me on what to look for elsewhere if you were out of stock. I never feel pushed into anything, which makes me want to keep coming back. I know I can trust Prairie Path Cycles to be honest, helpful, and do quality work.

Prairie Path exceeded our expectations. Each individual I encountered during the process displayed exemplary customer service. The bike was ready for a test drive upon arrival and the team member was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I could tell that he was a true cycling enthusiast, as he shared his love of nearby trails, year round cycling, and the Strava app. He also reinforced the need for safe cycling by encouraging my husband to purchase a helmet and tail lights. We drove 45 minutes to pick up the bike. The drive was worth every minute. The team member also recommended a nearby restaurant for barbecue. I will be returning for future biking needs. Keep up the excellent work.

Mary Lee was a pleasure to talk to! I was looking for a specific bike and she was able to accommodate me. She got back to me very quickly with every inquiry I had and she was very bubbly and kind and helpful. During this crazy time with Covid19, and not being able to go into the store physically, she brought out 2 different bike sizes for me to try just to make sure it was a comfortable fit for me. She had the store said up with the safety of others in mind keeping everyone at a distance from one another. She did not pressure me at all to make a decision. She also gave me the option if I wanted to wait for next years model that she would give me a loaner until the new ones came in so I would still have a bike to ride. That to me is amazing service! I have already recommended her and her store to a couple of my family members looking for a new bike! Thanks Mary Lee! I love my new bike!
