So let me start by saying I used to love this place before they got new employee's we used to go every Sunday. I didn't even want to give them a freaking star but I had to in order to post this review, so couple days ago I went for my sisters birthday, and I spend 33 dollars in 4 combos like I said I love this place I've never had a problem until now. I got my meal and my wings were raw in the inside so i checked to see if all my other wings were raw and yup all of the wings were not cooked right , I waited for the people who were purchasing food to leave so they wont feel grossed out, I didn't want to make a big deal as well, because I was a regular and I know mistakes happen, so I went up and I told them that my food was raw and the girl did apologize to me telling me she took the chicken a little earlier than what the timer was showing. so they did offer to give me more wings and i politely said no I was just grossed out I told them its okay I just want my money back in what I didn't eat which was just my meal cause my family's food was okay, they said they couldn't refund my money they could give me food keep in mind I was just asking for 8 dollars back for MY combo, so they told me to return when the manager was there which was on Friday and I told him i just wanted my money back because I didn't eat the food and I showed him the pictures that I took of my raw chicken wings and how they gave me the food he told me that's how all the wings look when you cook them, I told him that since I've came to this place I've never had wings that look bloody and black in the bone that's disgusting, also I told him my family wings didn't look like that so he's lying, I'm so disappointed in this place especially in the management, couldn't even deal with a simple complain I only wanted my 8 dollars to buy food somewhere else. Never returning here always look inside the wings before you eat them hopefully you don't get black wings.

The service has gotten much. I would rate this place a 5 but the problem is this... They used to have crappy service but the wings were pretty good size. Now, you get friendly service, but the wings are much smaller. I'm really looking for the good service and wings the size they once were. The hot BBQ is really yummy and so is the Parmesan Italian, good flavor with a little kick. Get the 10 wing combo if you wanna feel satisfied enough.
The reviews here were very misleading. Service was not bad, but the food was NOT good. It will fill your belly and that's about it. I had the 10 piece chicken strips. It was a lot of food, but extremely bland. I've never had breading on chicken that had so little flavor. The breading was almost nonexistent. It was juicy, but some bites *felt* undercooked. It was NOT pink, so it was not unsafe, but I'm not sure how its texture was so weird. The French fries were EXTREMELY over salted. If they'd taken 90% of the salt from the fries and used it on the chicken strips, it might have been upgraded to a mediocre meal. Wifey had the 10 piece boneless wings combo. The breading was very thick on the wings... Completely opposite extreme from the strips. I'm pretty sure they were prepackaged. Not unusual for a wings place, but not the "fresh" other reviewers promised. The wings were also very greasy, and some were cooked until hard The mild sauce tasted like Louisiana hot sauce. Not terrible, but not good. The lemon pepper wings were the best thing we tried, and they were disappointing. Overall, it's not the worst wing place I've been to, but it's certainly close. There are lots of really good little mom and pop restaurants in the Northeast. Winger's is NOT one of them. I do not recommend.

The wings here are sooooo good.. especially the gold flavor they have.. they are nice wing size and crispy..if you’re used to the east coast style wing joints then this is the place.. will post picture if I restrain myself long enough to do so...
I like this place I really do. Their wings are very well flavored, fries are on point. The wings are just so small it's hard to justify going back. The people are very nice though.
I just got home from this location and everything is fresh. The owner hooked it up with some ranch which is always cool considering people always charge for it. I would say check this place out. Very affordable.
I went there for off-campus lunch a while back. I ordered the ten piece wings with the Asian spice and nuclear, half and half with the chili cheese fries. It was amazing but the chili fries we served with a lot of cheese, kind of soggy then. But everything was good, the only thing that I did not like is that it took our whole lunch period and we didn't really have time to eat.Besides all of that, the food I've tried is amazing there.
