Recently had some work done by Jones and Jones Plumbing and was very impressive with the company. Both Chris and Justin were extremely professional and courteous. Work was performed very quickly. Chris and Justin were able to find and repair a leak within my sprinkler system that everyone else came out said they couldn't repair. After months of dealing with this issue we are able to use our sprinkler system again. I would highly recommend Chris and Justin to others.

So my hot water heater sprang a major leak and flooded my downstairs apartment. It was a few days before I discovered it late last night..so I'm good and flooded. My real estate neighbor referred me to Jones & Jones, she even called them for me (good neighbor). Chris was my installer and was here to install a new one by lunch. Chris takes such pride in his work and man does it show. Not sure how you can say a new hot water installed is pretty but mine really is with shinny new copper piping. When Chris finished his job and explained every pipe,how to shut the gas off, how to shut the water off right their on a pipe... yeah. OK mine was 15 yrs old and I'm an older lady as you can tell. I really appreciated how he explained everything to me. Thank you Jones & Jones for sending a great, wonderful, very caring Chris to me. Chris is a great asset to your company.
I called one day to have a sump pump repaired in our downstairs. They made the schedule for the next day. They were timely, two guys with a very good working knowledge of what to do. They were in and out in less than two hours, replacing the motor and float valve and re-plumbing and rapping wires as it should be. Great service, fair priced, good people.
I am a woman, knowing very little of plumbing. I cannot say enough nice things. He explained EVERYTHING in terminology I could understand. I'm purchasing a home and he walked me through it all. Wondrful at getting my estimate asap! I am confident and excited to have them do the job!!

This is the second time I have used them, and they were professional and reasonably priced. They replaced my 22 year old water-heater in about 2-3 hours and the price was exactly what they quoted me. Other companies wanted to quote me at the "floor" price; saying it would at least be this much, but could be more. They gave me a price and said that they would not go over it. Both Tommy and Wayne have been tremendous to work with. The quality of their work and willingness to do some additional "side" repairs was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Jones & Jones.
Great staff. They were on time and stayed until the job was complete. I would totally recommend Jones and Jones Plumbing if you need a quick repair or if you are remodeling. We started using them when our sink had a massive clog, and called them back when we renovated our master bathroom
