We recently switched to Canteen and our office couldn’t be happier. They offer a greater selection compared to their competitors and their customer service has far surpassed my expectations. In a recent order, we received a different type of coffee than we had originally ordered. I contacted my liaison and they were quick to remedy the situation, even letting us keep the wrong order. They truly make my job as office manager easier. Highly recommend for one’s vending needs, big or small!

We started with a coffee company 30, maybe 40 years ago. Through consolidation at some point it became Canteen. We've been a faithful customer of Canteen since the buy out - whenever that was. They didn't ship filters with the last batch of coffee, so we called and asked for some filters. The salesman told us that we must be using outside coffee if we are using filters faster than we use the coffee we purchase from them. We tried to explain that they did not send enough filters for the coffee we purchased from them and the response was that we were in violation of our contract. We asked for a copy of our contract, which, if we did sign one, would be 30 years old. He stated our contract, which they could not find, obligated us to 130 a month in purchases. I could have bought a car for 130 a month 30 years ago, so I doubt that is what our contract called for - the contract they can't find. So Canteen's solution to our difference of opinion was to send someone 30 minutes before closing time yesterday to remove their coffee machine from our kitchen. I guess we're not a customer anymore.
This is a great company. They constantly are refreshing our equipment and making sure we have the best on the market. Our customer service manager has been so helpful too. I highly recommend Canteen.
Canteen is a reliable company and I have had positive experiences with their services. Their vending services offers a variety of products you can customize. I’ve enjoyed working with this company compared to others. They get the job done.
