I've been going there for 2 year's now and they are extremely friendly and really was concerned about my health.Brenda Crum is an amazing doctor.Joanne is friendly but she hardly ever answer the phone, so I will make my appointments in person I only live down the street. But its always clean and its smells nice.

I was having issues with my head for over 10 years, everything from migraines to buzzing in the ears. Most of the doctors I had seen in the past, were either young, new to my case or just wanted to treat the current symptom and what’s worse, they never read my patient history. After this last bout with the migraines and buzzing, i asked for a referral and the doctor gave me rave reviews on Dr. Soyer. I didn’t hesitate calling and Joanne was kind enough to offer an appointment that same week. After meeting with Dr. Soyer, a lumbar puncture, MRI and a slew of blood tests, i have a result, not the greatest but a result nonetheless... in a matter of a month, I received a steady hand, a directness that eliminates doubt in her knowledge, and patience that appreciated. I asked for answers, and got a treatment plan. Other reviews have been less than favorable, but I didn’t need sympathetic coddling, i needed and got a doctor; a knowledgeable, understanding, caring doctor. Though my life may have changed, I’m ecstatic to have her and her office as a resource.

I have been going here for years. The office is clean and very comfortable. I get right in and out in no time. Joanne is always very friendly and personable. I would recommend this office to my friends and family.

By far the experience that we had was beyond our understanding of why anyone would want to come here for any treatment. They are so rude, belittle you as if you are not competent enough when you ask then to repeat something. I've been yelled at by the doctor because we were late to the appointment. I kept asking if there was any chance they could see my mom because I come all the way from D.C to pick my mom up then drive her to the office and they refused to see her even though they didn't have any patients after us. The reception at the front desk has her moment. Sometimes she is really nice and helpful but majority of the time is grumpy. She is the only one there working the front so she is always flustered going back and front multitasking away. If you say the wrong thing at the wrong time she will give you attitude about it. I get it she is busy but its almost every time she isn't in a good mood when you ask questions. We were seen Dr. Brenda Crum who is a nice lady but I really think she didn't know how to treat my mom's condition. My mom has been going to a neurologist for over 20 years and changing her medication after so many years did not seem like the best solution. My mom went into severe mood swings, depression because of the sudden change. When asked can they make it better they change her medication once more which got worse. We didn't feel as if they help her condition in anyway if anything it got worse. My mom didn't feel comfortable with the treatment that she was given therefore we are no longer visiting this office.

they don't answer the phone even during office hours (it was not lunch time) and do not respond to voicemails. JOANN picked up the phone then put me on hold without saying a word. She was very SHORT and RUDE on the phone, I cant believe this woman is still employed because my job wouldn't tolerate that. I was referred here and I'm definitely getting a referral to somewhere else.
