I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. Tom at Woodbridge Stereo spent half a day at the store showing me different options of what I could do to improve my system. Not once in all of that time did he even try to sell me anything, he just continued to give me information and product advice. Once I decided on the direction that I wanted to take I left him a deposit and he ordered the piece for me. Before the piece even came in he made it his business to take a ride to my house “I’m an hour away from the store” to make sure that the piece would work for me and to give me some suggestions how to improve the sound stage in my room. I have always done all of my installations myself but since one of the items that I purchased was a NAS server I had Tom come over and do the install himself. Well 3 cheers for Woodbridge Stereo there’s certainly no doubt where I’ll be doing all of my shopping from now on. And this is coming from someone who has been in this audiophile hobby for over 30 years. I can’t thank you enough Tom.
My dad and I would stop into Woodbridge Stereo/Video when we would go down to Menlo Park Mall and Woodbridge Center. They have great brands and they are very nice here.
Tom is extremely knowledgeable and I have to say listening to music and watching movies is now at a whole different level!!
After two or so years of listening to various setups at Woodbridge Stereo, I finally pulled the trigger on my KEF R7s and couldn't be happier. Multiple times I've sat in their well constructed demo rooms listening to various setups - they were never impatient with me or rushed me into making a decision. Don assisted me on multiple occasions, explaining the various pros and cons to the different manufacturers and products they sold - which helped me make my final decision. I really couldn't recommend these guys more - they have a passion for audio, varying products to check out and delivered my speakers in perfect condition.
