We called for a tech to come and service our fireplace.The guy came walked me through the steps and told me everything was working fine. Well I tried to light the fireplace a few days after the service and I followed the instructions he gave me and I was unable to light it .Long story short our gas meter was changed out over the summer and gas was never turned back on. When I called the office the manager basically laughed and told me nothing could be done about it.So now we have a fire place that still needs to be serviced after paying wood burners 195 bucks to lie and laugh at me for complaining.
