Every time I called, they picked up with extremely friendly customer service (from several different employees). They had to order parts -- which did take some time -- but called me back when the parts were ready. Scheduling the service was flexible, and the technician / repairperson arrived exactly on time and was extremely professional and courteous. The quality of work is exceptional. And they're local! (posting from Woodbury). Excellent value 5/5 would recommend to anyone and everyone.
Fantastic service. My shower broke and would not shut off. They were very busy but managed to squeeze me in for emergency service. Very professional.
