Jake from ECS built me a high end machine for gaming computer which works perfectly. I use / recommend the anti-virus from ECS as it is much higher quality than what you get at the basic consumer level. The anti-virus is bundled with end user support which is great. ECS also built and currently supports my parents computer. My parents who are not techies in any stretch of the imagination need the support from time to time. The remote support sold with their anti-virus solution is a great value.

They really know what they are doing and can simplify what is wrong and how they are fixing it so it is easy to understand. Extremely personable and provide great customer service and work quick to get your computer back to you. Highly recommend if you need any sort of help with your computer or have any questions about software or hard drives, because they have all the answers. My family and I have been a loyal customer for years and do not plan on going anywhere else for computer service. Very friendly and extremely helpful. 10/10!!!!
