1. I got a quote to clean my couch, which was a great, but then when the contractor showed up, the actual price was way higher. 2. The contractor damaged my couch and didn't tell me before leaving. 3. The stains that were on the couch before the cleaning were still on the couch after the cleaning. 4. I called probably 30 times in 2 days, and they never called me back, and if I did get through, they would send me to false numbers or never answer on that line again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DONT USE, this is a scam.

Very pleased with all aspects of this business. Appointment set for a specific time rather than for a 3 hour period. Arrived at that time. Explained all services available and charges. Maintained clean work area. Cleaned carpet and had special equipment to spot pet accidents. Told us to call if those areas needed further treatment. Everything about carpet cleaning group was great from the scheduling to the completion of the job. PURE CARPET & UPHOLSTERY SERVICES cleaned my stairs and two bedrooms and the rooms look wonderful. Great work and good prices. They did a great job. They're very polite, professional and even dog friendly. I will definitely use them again.

I called for a quote over the and they gave me an exact estimate. Very affordable as well. The carpet now looks good as new! Tech even left us booties to wear, in case we needed to walk on the carpet before it was dry. Will definitely use them again and very highly recommended !!

These guys are incredible. Not only did they do a great job cleaning our carpet, they came out on the same day I called for a quote. They were able to easily thoroughly clean that spot, and even rotated the area rug for me. They were beyond professional, and I will absolutely call them the next time I need carpet or upholstery cleaning. I recommend them to all my friends.

Quick and very professional service. Pleased with how carpets look / have turned out although the there weren't a lot of stains to begin with. However was very impressed with the before and after pictures I have seen from them! Great price as well!!!
