What an INCREDIBLE experience. I had spent the day prior at another dealership and had been so jaded, and showed up here after seeing a car online I liked. Jacob was my sales person, and he was SO great. Patient, informative, straightforward. I never felt misled, and my expectations were always managed. Greg was the financing guy we worked with, and he, too, was amazing. Explained everything so it made sense. Explained all of the add-on options, but never felt pressured, and I ended up adding them because it made sense! I left with my 2019 Sienna for my family and NO stress!!
