Beware of inaccurate estimates. My final invoice was increased by more than 65% from the estimate (from 953 to 1600) I was provided prior to service. Even though I had a lengthy conversation with their team to determine the scope of work to be completed to have 3 TVs wall mounted at my home, the technician claimed that some items had not been listed that should have been. Additionally, without any sort of discussion, technician connected my sound bar by optical cable (removing the HDMI cable that previously connected it) which would have been an additional charge, except it ended up not working and he had to spend additional time to change it back to the HDMI cable. Again, without any sort of discussion, an additional hole was unnecessarily drilled in my built-in cabinets which the technician just patched up without using. I was not given any time to dispute any of the final charges as the technician did not finish until almost 8 PM and insisted on payments before leaving my home. I would not use this company again or refer them to anyone.

RMS Installs is an awesome company. I used them over a year ago to install a full entertainment room and media center in my basement. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, professional and clean. They gave adequate training on use of the entire system and were available over the phone when needed for random questions. I have since used RMS Installs for additional device installs in my basement in which they superseded my expectations again with awesome and prompt service. I will recommend anyone in need of AV services or anything to do with media installs to use RMS installs. They are best you can get with very fair pricing and estimates in the market. I would surely recommend them to all my friends and family with similar needs.
