Have been a customer for many years. Our last purchase was an upright freezer. They always take good care of us. We like shopping in our hometown.
I purchased a battery operated weed eater from their store in West Memphis last year, i never used it until this year. upon trying to use it this year it would not come on, I returned it to the store in late August and they never looked at it or tried to offer a solution. I finally went and retrieved it on the 15th of October. I've tried calling them 3 times since the 15th with no response. I've purchased several items from them, but NEVER AGAIN.
Not a friendly atmosphere
I was at the store a couple of days ago. The sales associates were extremely nice and knowledgeable . They helped and answered all of my questions!!! I will shop there again!!!
