Joe M was super helpful when I had to buy a washer. He gave me information on a lot of different units, and we found the one that was perfect for my needs. He tried his best with getting everything delivered to my place right away. It was a fast process and he got the job done.

One of the worst retail experiences I've ever had. It started out as a pleasant surprise. Someone asked if he could help within 30 seconds of walking in. But the \associate\ literally knew nothing about the product - turntables/speakers. I mean - zero. Eventually he said he'd go get someone who could answer my question. The next guy was worse. He literally answered the question as he was walking by without even stopping. I called him back for a 2nd question. He was visibly irritated, giving me an abrupt answer. MY GUESS - If you're buying an expensive item, they probably treat you better. I'm thinking there's very little commission in audio equipment. Otherwise, the store is well stocked, clean, a decent variety of everything. But I'd never set foot in here again.

I had a great experience at P.C. Richards Yonkers. Our salesman, Keith Woods, was helpful and knowledgeable. He approached us as soon as we walked into the store. He was honest and continued to give good advice while picking out our appliance. Keith did not push us to buy the most expensive appliance but the best, even if it was not as expensive. He is the definition of excellent customer service! I will definitely go back to get Keith's help again!

Recently myself and my brothers wanted to get a security system for my 70 yrs old parents. Since the neighborhood has changed and recent uptick in crime in the city, we wanted that extra piece of mind to check on them and their property. So once again we turned to our friends Eddie Morales, and Craig W. @ PCR for guidance. Well we were surprised that they actually sell such an assortment of security systems. They were both very knowledgable , but who stole the show were the installers, Konrad & Hubert. They listened to my moms concerns with the angles she wanted to see around the house, and even took the time to show my parents how to view the different camera locations around the house. If you have thought of a security system but still haven't decided what to do , or which to go with I highly recommend Eddie Morales and Craig W.
