Richard is the best!! Sure I stalked him and it took awhile for him to accept grooming my Jazzy-Boy (medium hair domestic CAT) but once I finally got the appointment the transformation was magical!

Absolutely great! Richard is an amazing groomer!!!! I have a 1 year old Biewer Yorkshire Terrier. Her hair is long and difficult to untangle. He did an amazing job, she liked him and trusted him right away! I spent whole time there (didn’t have car that day) and I saw him working with her. It was first time she came back home from grooming the way she was supposed to come. Her hair was perfect after all. And she wasn’t at all stressed out!!! I definitely recommend it!!! Left with next grooming scheduled!!!
Took my dog here during pandemic. No prices listed. Woman refused to give an estimate. Only dogs that bite are extra. So you are a professional and you can’t groom an anxious dog. 200 dollars later I was told anyone else would have beat my dog and I was lucky he was in good hands. Not professional at all.
Called to make an appointment and the gentleman answered “YEA” like I was bothering him. Well thank you for saving me the 5 min drive to your unprofessional establishment!
I have known Rich for years! He is kind and loving to all the pets that come through his shop. I wouldn't think of taking my little guy anywhere else!
