Recently, my friend and I went to an estate in Yorba Linda operated by Aversa Estates. Wow, it was one of the most organized sales we had ever attended. Everything was priced, the house was lite up and bright so you could see everything that was on the tables. There was plenty of staff who were all friendly and helpful. The whole patio area was Christmas decorations and ornaments, and they were priced to sell. We both came away with plenty of decorations for next Christmas. It was a great sale and we both walked away with some wonderful bargains. We've added our names to the Aversa Estates mailing list so we can go again.

My husband and I attended an estate sale last month by Aversa Sales. It was a great sale. Very professionally staged and set up. every room was well lite and bright, and everything in the sale was priced. The staff were very friendly and helpful while we were there. Great prices, so we were able to purchase a lot of nice items for Christmas. We'll be back to their sales!
We attend many estate sales weekly and wish all were as well organized and fairly priced as Aversa Estate Sale. They respect the home by having things presented well, have systems in place to facilitate crowd control and take time to price everything. Very civilized and nice people to boot!

I have been to many of their sales. They are both very knowledgeable and very helpful . Their prices are fair. Their whole operation is very efficient. I have recommended them to friends and relatives who needed their services and they were very impressed also.
