What a great company! They have been a pleasure to work with and have delivered, not only in quality of product, but also in support after the sale. The affordability of their product allowed us to get enough sensors for our 14 operatory practice so that we no longer have employees standing around waiting on an available sensor. This has saved immense amounts of down time and I'm confident it has more than paid for the investment we made in our sensors.
Have used this company 3 times now on our Gendex sensors. each sensor was over 5 years old and had deteriorating cables. Sodium dental was able to repair and return each sensor within a week at a fraction of the cost of a new sensor. Sodium is WAY cheaper than the Gendex warranty program we used to use and the repaired sensors have thicker cables and have not had any issues whatsoever. Customer service is responsive and friendly. Pricing is upfront and detailed. Extremely satisfied with this company and I recommend it to other Dental Managers every chance I get!
