UPS is my hero!! No more lost packages and tracking numbers from the US Postal Svc that just show \label created\ from 6 weeks ago. Nope. Shipped today and UPS Ground is delivering my stuff tomorrow and Saturday - guaranteed!! The staff at the Willow Springs Lane location are super friendly and helpful. Buhbye USPS...I'm giving my business to UPS.

My husband works for the willow springs location in york, and was not paid last week and will possibly not be getting his check for this week either. When he calls to find out what’s going on, the managers are rude and not at all helpful, they don’t seem to want to fix this in a timely manner, I believe he deserves compensation for the days he’s missed due to not being paid and having the gas money to make it in, we will be filing a claim with the department of labor, but need first and last names of manager and owner.
Why is their number disconnected? Guess they don't want complaint calls. The drivers that come out of here need to learn how to match up the address on the box to the address on the house and not just deliver it wherever they want. This is a constant problem and yesterday they took my stuff to the neighbors and we got their stuff. Not that difficult of a thing to do....learn to read!
Guy at counter was very helpful and pleasant. Even came out and held the door for me with the heavy box I had. Took care of my needed services quickly and professionally.
I never had to pickup a package before so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but had prepared myself for the worst. This was the easiest experience I’ve ever encountered and the young man at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Kudos to you for hiring such efficient and friendly people.
