Went in on Friday as soon as they opened, within three hours I test rode two bikes, found the bike for me and picked it up Saturday morning. All team members were quick and concise, but not pushy. I enjoyed my experience here with Mo! Ask for him if you go here! Great selection of bikes and friendly staff with a fun environment.

I would just like to say the the experience that I had with Jon Mitchell and the whole Hampton Roads Harley Davidson Motorcycle Staff was extraordinary. I was introduced to a great bunch of staff and management in my experience and everyone of them showed a caring attitude throughout my visit. Joe made my daughters and my visit to hrhd on Christmas Eve very pleasant. Only planned on getting my wife a small present but ended up sitting on a few bikes and made an appointment for a test ride later in the week. He even allowed my daughter to sit on the bikes with me to make her feel like she was part of the process! Steve was also great to work with. He listened to my wants and needs and is working with me to hopefully get me back on another bike after wrecking mine two weeks ago. He even allowed my daughter to pick out a toy of her choice because she was well behaved. Thanks guys!
