I have been wanting to look at a Subaru for quite some time. I put it off because I did not want to deal with the hassle/pressure of car buying. I finally went to Carbone Subaru where my salesman Jim Shamis made it the easiest car buying experience ever! I never felt pressured, the process was so smooth and hassle free, and Jim made sure I got what I wanted and that I was happy with my choice! Bought my first Subaru from here. Found the exact CPO car I wanted online, I met with the salesman Brian. He showed me the car front to back and answered any questions I had about it very quickly. Buying process was smooth, didn't get anything pushed on me that I wasn't already interested in. Dealership itself is new, state of the art and HUGE. Haven't had any service done yet but the car buying experience was great.

I usually dread the thought of making a new car purchase, but buying a 2021 Subaru Forester from Carbone was fast, easy, and fun. Salesman was so kind and patient with this technologically-challenged senior citizen and spent all the time necessary to show me safety features and how to operate anything I wasn’t familiar with. I purchased a Subaru Forester at Carbone Subaru in December 2020. My salesperson was James Shamis. First of all, I am very satisfied with the car. I have had it now for about a week and truly enjoy it and feel safe and comfortable in it. The slightly higher sitting position makes for a more pleasurable driving experience in the Forester. The car is stable and tracks very well in the snow. Second, James was a pleasant and knowledgeable salesperson. He made me feel comfortable as a buyer and conducted himself professionally. He allowed me to take the car on an overnight test drive which was perfect as I needed to return my rental and otherwise would have been without a car for the extra day that it took my payment to clear. Thanks James for your good thinking on that approach...it really helped me out.
