Store was not open during posted business hours. The weather or President's Day is not a reasonable scapegoat since another store 15 min away was open. If this store is going to be closed, then better off permanently closed..

First off I’d like to note the service I receive here is absolutely top notch! Kim along with her staff treat every customer promptly and politely. They go above and beyond to service the customer and answer any questions that arise or concerns. They also do a fantastic job following the CDC guidelines for Covid. The store is very well kept, very clean and everything is always sanitized and wiped down. I honestly can’t say enough great things about this store along with the excellent staff. This is my #1 go to store even if I am closer to another UPS and need to ship a package, I will go out of my way just to come here because the service is so amazing! Thank you Kim and Staff for the excellent service!

Rare and wonderful customers service in the midst of the Wuhan virus panic. The staff is quick, friendly, and efficient; it is my preferred branch location. If you are a critical thinker and do your own research you already know that studies have not established that masks are effective at preventing the spread of coronavirus. Regularly wearing a mask, though, can cause health problems. In the midst of the present hysteria it is refreshing to be greeted by calm and rational service providers who understand this and respect you to make your own decisions on this matter. I look forward to every visit.
