I understand they are down a vehicle and a driver, but a lady has been sitting out here waiting for them for 5 hours and still waiting! Thats unbelievable! Edit: theu finally came and got her 5 and a half hours later!

The drivers are very caring and helpful. My mother had a very pleasant time riding with them
I was just cut off by one of their drivers on Mahoning Avenue in austintown and he threw up a middle finger and started yelling at me when I honked my horn at him. Wouldn't want him or anyone with the company driving my loved ones anywhere. UNBELIEVABLE!
ALWAYS late picking up both ways every Time. 1 hour!!!! Use caution if you need to be on time!!!!
