Everyone at Main Street have been extremely helpful since my Jamis bike purchase almost two years ago. They were knowledgable in the bike selection process, but more importantly Main Street has been supportive of my biking goals through the servicing of my bike. I completed the 210 mile Coast to Coast Gravel Grinder June 22. During a tuneup just prior to the race Aaron found a manufacturing defect in rear rim. He drove to pick up a replacement rim under warranty the same day so I could maintain my training schedule. I'm grateful for their ongoing commitment to customers.

Talk about superb customer service! I dropped in with 2 bikes and Aaron was able to assist me right away. He was very patient with my many questions as I wanted to learn about some of the mechanical work he was doing on my bikes. This is an excellent small business and I'd recommend them to anyone! I always try to send folks their way and promise you won't be disappointed. Thanks for everything you guys and gals do!
Aaron, Bob, and Bruce are some of the nicest and most hospitable people I have ever met, and definitely the nicest people I have ever met in a bike shop! Main Street Bicycle shop is an amazing space, spectacularly clean, and clearly lovingly run. I can not imagine a better shop to go to, whether it’s your first bike and you have no idea what you want/need or it’s your 18th bike. These guys run this shop because they love it and want to build a supportive community around cycling in Western Michigan. I am so impressed and feel grateful to have been a recipient of their kindness and enthusiasm for cycling. Never change guys!
