I highly recommended Rol Air. This was our first time having someone out to look at our furnace, and all the great online reviews made it an easy choice. Jamie in the office was upbeat and friendly, and very efficient as she was able to squeeze us in on short notice. The text and email communications were very helpful. The service tech was prompt. Ben was professional, helpful, honest and a very nice young man. He shared great recommendations. We will continue to use Rol Air for any heating, cooling or plumbing needs.

Woke up to a pretty chilly house! Called Rol Air; the woman at the call center was so polite and professional. Tianna and Preston were my techs. Again, they were professional and got my furnace up and running in no time. Top notch company! Thank you!
They were here and got my furnace running 8 hours of me contacting them. Other places that I called told me there would be an emergency cost for a short response time. The service Tech's were pleasant and nice to work with.
Interactions with company and technician very professional, friendly and courteous. Technician Guy arrived in the first half of the 2-hour window. He was wearing a mask which I appreciated. Before his arrival, I received a heads up text message from Rol Air about the technician and his background, and I was kept updated on the arrival time. Whole experience was very positive.
On time. Great communication before and during the service. Quality work very professional. They even sent me a coupon link. Average to above average cost of repair, but the job was perfectly executed from start to finish. It’s nearly impossible to get this old school level of service from the trades anymore.
